If you need to change or cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it. After this timeframe, your order may already be processed and we may not be able to make changes. If canceled within 24 hours, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

We believe in the effectiveness of Groundity and encourage you to try it for at least 14 days to allow your body time to adjust. If after 14 days and within 90 days of delivery you are not satisfied, you may request a return. Please note that shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

📦 Damaged Items
We carefully package all orders to prevent damage during shipping. If your item arrives defective or physically damaged, please report it within 72 hours of delivery by emailing hello@groundity.com with a clear photo of the damage.
✔ If your item qualifies as damaged, we will send a replacement at no cost to you.
❌ We do not accept returns or refunds for normal wear and tear, misuse, or minor shipping box damage.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
We strive to deliver your order on time, but we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by couriers, customs, or unforeseen issues. If your package is lost, stolen, or delayed, please contact the courier directly for assistance.
📍 Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. If you realize there is an error, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We cannot provide refunds or reships for incorrect addresses if not corrected within this timeframe.
