At Groundity, we are proud to offer FREE shipping on all orders!
🚚 Order Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days before being shipped. Processing includes order verification, packaging, and handing off to the shipping carrier. During peak times and holidays, processing may take up to 7 business days due to increased demand.
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package in real-time.

Shipping times vary depending on your location. Below are the estimated delivery times after your order has been dispatched:

Please note that international orders may experience customs delays that are beyond our control. During peak shopping seasons or unforeseen circumstances, shipping carriers may also experience delays in transit and tracking updates.
📌 Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their shipping details are correct at checkout. Incomplete or incorrect addresses may lead to delays or order cancellation.
If our system detects an issue with your address, we will email you within 3 business days to verify your details. If we do not receive a response, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
Need to make a correction? Contact us at hello@groundity.com within 24 hours of placing your order. While we will do our best to assist, changes after this timeframe are not guaranteed.

While Groundity is not responsible for shipping delays caused by external factors, we will always do our best to assist you and provide updates on your order.
📦 Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend:

While Groundity is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we will do our best to help resolve the issue. In some cases, we may offer a replacement.
